I doubt that any software will allow you to modify the c: partition 
without reinstalling. One thing that you can do is Ghost or backup the 
image, repartition the drive, then lay the image in the larger 
partition. It is a delicate procedure and you could be forced to start 
from scratch. I recommend that you only do it if you have used Ghost or 
other software that can clone an image.
