I just purchased a business that has a Dell Dimension 8200 with an
aftermarket PCI NIC card. The NIC card wasn't working when I connected
it to my network, so I removed it and installed 2 brand new NIC cards
(one at a time), and I can't get either one of them to work. I tried
the cards in 2 different PCI slots, and still nothing. None of the 2
lights on the back of the NIC cards come on, on all 3 NIC cards that I
have installed. But Windows XP sees all of the cards when I install
them, and the drivers are all installed correctly. Please help...this
is driving me crazy! Thanks :-)
