I apologize for not replying sooner. I ended up putting the original 
network card back in, and I replaced the Cat5 cable at the same time, 
so I think it might have been the cable. I should have checked the 
cable sooner....I just assumed it was a problem with the Network 
card. Thank you all very much for your input and help.
