I had a situation like this just last week. I wanted to 'replicate' the
data on my old(18.2GB) hard drive to, the space on my new(147GB) hard
drive without having to remove the old hard drive. Finally, I just had
to remove the old drive and, start from scratch, with the OS and, the
data backups for the various programs.
The other way I know it can be done is, with a null modem cable.
