I only have one HP Printer that until today serviced all 4 systems..Now only one will print..I haven't a clue, why..--Phyllis

If you do not mean that, then, you need check to see if the printer's network capability went off-line while, still being available locally. I am saying this because, when I worked for the U.S. Government Jun.'91-Dec.'94(I worked for the U.S. Government Jun.'91-Oct.'95), prior to an office transfer, I had a desk that had a networked printer. The people(there were at least three networked printers in the office) assigned to print at that printer, could not print until I turned on the printer at my desk. If the network went down, I could still print locally. The way network software is done, you need to make sure, the respective workstations originally given 'Rights' to print to that printer, still have them.
