Ok, That clears up my confusion.

Since that is the case, you need to see if, the 'Rights' to the printer 
have somehow changed.  For that, you will need to check the 3 
worstations that can't print, to make sure their printer assignment 
didn't change and, you will need to check the 'Properties' for the 
printer, to make sure that, it still gives the 3 workstations 'Rights' 
to print.
