A friend is having a problem entering windows. His niece gave him a pc
with Win Xp. She gave him an administrative password. He booted the pc
and it asks for the administrative password but the one she gave him
doesn't work. Is there anyway of by passing this and getting into
windows? If yes - of course how - what can he do once in windows so that
he doesn't have this problem again?

Someone suggested that I get him a Linux boot disk and boot with it but
I know nothing of Linux or what I would do If I used the boot disk.

Any suggestions/resolutions would be greatly appreciated.

Mick
