That is an arbitrary guesstimate based on a judgement from past
history followed by the technical suggestions made on the internet
in the WEB sites dealing with the overheating of Laptops, Toshibas
in particular.
If I suggested that one should wash his car once a month I'm sure
someone would question that too. Bye
