My personal advice is to do it and do it often. Neglecting to clean
out the inside of my computer was one of the things that kept my
merry-go-round of computer problems going earlier this year.

Hi Debbie:

For those that can, cleaning should be done once a year and
the cost is part of the expense of computing. Most all users
can do an adequate job with the vacuum and paintbrush.

I had problems with my eMachine laptop and found out that
a yearly cleaning was included in the aftermarket warrantee.

When you consider three cleanings and almost certainly the
cost of a battery you recover your warrantee cost.
