Patty, I have several options you might want to try.
One is, download 
[http://www.opera.com/download/]Opera, it has Mail
that configures to your 
Outlook Express. Meanwhile, who is your [ISP] Internet
Service Provider? 
Some, if not most will automatically configure your
Outlook Express. 
Nevertheless, don't worry we will get you through
this. Oh, Opera has great 
security features too!
