Sounds like a memory problem, go to Start> Settings> Control Panel> System> General tab, at the bottom of the page how much RAM does it say you have?
Have you got Spybot and Adware, two free programs for eradicating malware? If not download them, install them, check for updates and then run them http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html http://www.download.com/3000-8022-10122137.html BUT before you do so, set a System Restore point (Start> Programs> Accessories> System Tools> System Restore> Create restore Point and follow the wizard all the way to OZ ;-) >>ok-I will try that (CCleaner)but someone gave me an url to download something >>called Memory Zipper plus so not sure why I am still having problems Memory Zipper is a memory tweaker/ booster, I have never used it and have never had much time for those programs, if I have memory problems I just install more RAM. Go with C Cleaner, it cleans out all the junk and unnecessary files, but REMEMBER to set a System Restore point before you use it. Have a look here is what CCleaner can do: http://www.ccleaner.com/features.aspx Rupert O^O--------------- Rupert's Reply ---------------O^O I am begining to think that may be the problem-cause when cursor "goes amuck" when it finally comes back-computer on the internet doesnt seem to happy-LOL or very slow for a while OR window goes up saying it cannot close or something but when I tell my tech guys that sometimes a window goes up saying my "something" memory is too low and that computer is increasing it he says I have PLENTY of memory but its like your car-computer never does that when he is actually here Avast ye land lubbers!
