Everything is relative. If you want broadband then you have to pay more than 
dialup. Dialup seems to be the only service that does not have limitations 
as to who can get it. DSL has limits of distance to the telephone exchange. 
Cable has limits too, it's not available everywhere. The Dish requires a 
place to put the dish and no obstructions like tall buildings in the 
direction where the dish must point. Then there's WiFi, and some towns are 
looking at providing it for free or at a low cost.
