Jim, I agree!!! I still think that one should do
sweeps for Spyware, 
Adware, Virus and Malware first before anything else.
Then search for 
help for problems, like reinstalling Drivers or
Flashing a Drive. 
Meanwhile, I find that most of the people that I have
encountered have 
infected Computers, and do not know how to properly
eliminate those 
little buggers. Also, a couple of them have been known
to screw-up the 
clock.
