Because that's why I had to take it in--couldn't get anything but a 
floating "no input" box on the monitor screen. I know they have 
extras, 'cause the first time I took it in they hooked it up to theirs.

I imagine when I switched the hard drive settings in the bios, it 
could no longer find XP or any drives, cards, etc.  But, I don't know.
