Jim, I had to take my computer into the shop for repair because I 
couldn't get anything on the monitor except the floating "no input" 
box (like when your monitor's on, but not plugged into the 
computer.) After I brought it home from being looked at for the 
previous problems, I accidently made a wrong setting in the bios and 
that's why the monitor wouldn't work. I just wondered how they reset 
the bios when you couldn't even see anything on a monitor.
