Thanks for your reply Dragonfly, but I believe I did not express
correctly my problem. I cannot install winxp pro because the program
finds ONLY 478MB of un-partitioned space on the hard drive, and
nothing else.No mention at all about partitioned/usable space besides
that 478MB. My only given choice would be to partition/install in that
478MB.I believe that disk management showed a healty drive with a
capacity of 37 GB at the end of formatting. This thing is driving me
crazy. I MUST be doing something wrong!
