When I click on the "My Computer" or "My Document" icon on my desktop, they won't open. And not only that, the PC hang. Now I can't access all the things I've saved to the hard drive. I also found out I can't even open Windows Explorer. Otherwise, the PC seem to be working fine, i.e. I can still open the internet browser and surf, and save to the hard drive. I just can't get to the things I've saved later. By the way, I'm still using Windows 98, and I just reformatted my PC less than a week ago. It was working fine until two days ago. Please help.
