Most things you right click in MS have properties choice in the drop down

Now, that's interesting -- and something I hadn't noticed
before. When you click on a folder in Windows, you get
information only on when the folder was last "modified." But
when you click on a FILE in Windows, you're told when the file
was "created" and when it was "modified."
 
Do you have any idea why Microsoft does that? It would save
us all a lot of trouble if we knew when a folder was both
created and modified.
 
I suspect some programmer goofed, and they decided just to
let it pass.
