Hi:
At first glance, I like Comodo Backup. It appears to have a flexibility
that should adapt it to most people's needs and it is FREE.

I have it downloaded, an easy task, and I am trying it. The EULA appears
ok. and I will try it out.

What attracts me is it's ability to make selective whole system, restorable
backups, and automated data copies to removable media such as scheduled
synchronization and automated immediate "on the fly" synchronization to safe
media.

One might be able to schedule periodic System backups and allow "on the
fly" copying of ones data as it occurs..

It certainly is not as easy to use as Windows Backup, but it comes with a
good HELP folder that is easy to use and will probably be necessary for most
beginning users.

It reminds me of an old IOMEGA program that once shipped on CD with every
external CD burner they sold that would automatically copy everything you
saved
on the PC to a CD. It would even tell you when the CD got full so you could
install a blank. If you forgot to put in a blank it would copy to a holding
file, and the first time you installed a blank it would catch up. That was
great. Bye for now

Emile
