Hi all: After all our discussions for backing up it seems we may just become redundant anyways. Browsing Wal-Mart last night I examined three Seagate External USB Hard drives that were on display and I guess you can now backup without any instructions. The hardest thing to do now will be finding the right hole to plug the USB cord into. All of the three come with Automatic Backup and backup software is already pre-installed. At least two come with "on the fly" data backup. And, they guarantee you can't make a mistake. Prices vary from $84 to $148 and from 100GBs to 300GBs and for 2 1/2 USB powered to 3 1/2 7200 RPM adapter powered. With USB 3 coming along these drives are recommended for good computing practice. Bye Emile
