If you have a USB Memory pen go to the A-1 site files and in the PC first
aid folder print the 4 pages.

Follow the advice to make a Bootable pen and you can fix your computer with
the programs.

Subject: [A-1-Computer_Tech] Boot Problem

My Sony laptop running Windows XP Pro has crashed and fails to successfully
boot, (Blue
Screen after the login screen,) as I believe that a Trojan was
unsuccessfully removed and it
has damaged the boot process?

Using a Norton AV boot disc I can get to the an A drive command prompt
(there is no floppy
and the NAV is on a disc) but sadly thats where I fall down with limited
knowledge of DOS.

What I want to do is get it up and running in Safe Mode, clean the system
and see what
remains.

Any offers as to how to proceed?
