So it's Autocad from Autodesk?  That's definitely not a simple program 
you can just copy the folder and get it to work. There's probably 
registry entries and little support files all over the place. They have 
a 30 day free trial download version.  I would call them up and explain 
that you lost your disks.  They may be able to tell you how to get the 
old serial number or activation code (or whatever) off of your old HD, 
and then they might let you download the program again and re-activate 
it. I mean, you've already bought the product and activated it once.  
Worth a try.
