I bought a Dell that I had built for me in June. It sat in the box due to personal distractions this summer. I opened it this morning and there was nothing in it that I had asked for. The packing slip had "no" next to everything I wanted custom built and there were no speakers, no printer..nada, nilch. I called them about it and they hung up on me.
I phoned the attorney general's office..apparently NY State just won a case against Dell and people are going to get a lot of money back. They are going to try to help me get my money back too, even though time has passed. Do not buy from Dell. They are defrauding people.
