They are good at the moment.  You seem to think that I am lying.  That is 
pretty insulting.  I think I will no longer share this kind of information with 
this group any more since it's met with scepticism without even bothering to 
research it.  Just because some people have a good experience -doesn't mean 
that 
others don't and yes, the Attorney General told me that they just won their 
case. Why don't you call them and ask for yourself before you insinuate that I 
am lying?  It's the NYS Attorney General's Office.  Ask to speak to the lawyer 
handling the case against Dell.  Then judge for yourself.

As for paypal, I have used them for over 10 years and just that one time had 
a problem and reported them.  My complaint was added to the others and I 
received my money back when the case was won.  None of these are individuals 
lawsuits..they are class action againt a company by the Attorney General's 
office.  
It is similiar to cases like the tobacco law suit.  These things happen all 
the time.
