Sorry but this is my last word on this. Although I do not think anyone
should be defrauded by any company, be it by bad service or by failure to
meet a contract, but are you really trying to tell me that when you approach
a government or state department as in the USA they tell you just what cases
they are currently persecuting.

Now you say PayPal is the same sort of cheating bunch and you won on that.

All I can say is good luck.

I have never had such experiences with Dell or PayPay and I just used PayPal
not an hour ago for an Ebay purchase.

The only information I have is what the Attorney General's office shared
with

Me. He said that they had just won a big lawsuit against Dell for fraud and

That it involved many customers. He was going to try to include my situation

Into it to get my money returned.

He also said that Dell has been hanging up on people who were caught in this

And were complaining.

It isn't easy for an Attorney General to win a lawsuit against a big company

Like Dell. There has to be lots of evidence. I can only go by my experience

Which was dreadful and still is unresolved. The packing slip alone is very

Bizarre. Have you ever seen a packing slip that included all the things NOT

Included in the package? Normally a packing slip has the things are ARE
included.

I remember years ago having an issue with paypal. I couldn't get money

Returned that I believe was owed to me. I filed with the attorney general
and

Shortly after that, the attorney general of California won a case against
them and

My money was returned. Attorney generals do not file big lawsuits until they

Have a lot of people involved...they collect all the complaints until they

Can show a pattern of fraud against the public.

Take from my story what you will. I am just saying what I experienced and

What the attorney general said. I have since been contact by other people
who

Had bad experiences similar to mine.

If you haven't had a bad experience of your own with Dell then count your

Blessings.
