once again another reason for me to stay away from vista, all these things 
scare me. ;-| Walmart.com had a special, and the price was right. Guess they 
don't have Walmart's in the UK? :-) But seriously, folks, if I order a Dell 
another time I'll order directly from Dell. I will henceforth, however, check 
out the customer service policy before I purchase anything.

I have to say Dell technical support for business has been excellent for 
us in the past though....

Recent vista problems have included users getting the blue screen of death 
(BSOD) after a simple update via Microsoft Update.
