I'll tell you this: I ordered a Dell laptop from Walmart, which was probably a mistake because I couldn't figure out the customer service plan, meaning that the booklet said if you ordered it from a retailer and needed help, call the retailer. I'm sure Walmart knows nothing and wouldn't help me setting it up. I tried setting it up, and I'm talking particularly with my cable internet service. It was impossible. So I gave up. And took it back to Walmart, which kindly accepted it back without any hassle. I really don't know if it was Vista's fault, my fault, or my cable provider's fault, but I gave up trying to connect.

Is it? You wouldn't believe the amount of users with new laptops knocking on my door pleading me to put XP on ;-) Mark [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ If you have any questions or problems with any aspect of this site, please feel free to contact me directly [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please do not post personal issues directly to the group.
