Hello, I'm not sure which programs you're talking about. I do use Seamonkey's Composer to write my web pages and it is a wysiwyg editor which makes it pretty easy. But! You will still need to know html coding as the editors don't always get things exactly the way you want them so you have to edit the code by hand to get it to work right.
