Hi,

I got a call today from Dell. They have agreed to replace the computer with
what I originally ordered but the catch is that they claim they no longer
install XP. I specifically ordered XP because I had be warned about VISTA and
all
the problems associated with it. Even the Dell guy admitted that they get a
lot of complaints about it.

I would appreciate some advice, guidance and details about this dilema that I
now find myself in.

Thanks in advance.
Shelley
