TMI is the abbreviation for Too Much Information. Your message was a case of NEI, not enough information. Fixing problems takes quite a bit if into. In this case, does this crashing happen when you leave ANY website? Does it ever happen when the email client [i.e. program] is NOT open? Does your computer crash under any other circumstances? Crashing can be caused by a variety of thins, broadly they are Hardware and Software. Band memory can cause crashing, so can heat. Bad software too can cause problems.
