Have you tried deleting your temporary internet files in Internet Explorer? What email do you use? What browser? What OS? A common cause of freeze ups can be conflicting programs. Look at your Startup tab (Start, Run, type Msconfig, Startup tab) to see how many apps you have running in the background. The more that are running - the more likely you can have a conflict. So un-check any you don't need.
