Its the wierdest thing-it prints out every other color except black! It was working fine until midprint-it just stopped printing black and pics came out terrible! so i checked the black cartridge and find the paper thing that you were supposed to remove I had forgotten to take off so I removed it and it STILL doesnt work so I replaced it with another black cartridge and still no dice!
Could it possibly that I damaged the printer by not tearing off that stupid piece of paper?? but its done all the time at our office! and we just remove the paper and then its fine! What gives?? Did anyone have this experience with the new inkjet printers??
