Setting up a home network can be tricky - especially without being in
front of the computers.
Some info that is def needed:
1. how many computers?
2. what version of Windows is each running? (WinXP, WinXP Pro, Win7,
WinVista, etc.)
3. Is it a wired - or wireless network? (do you have a wireless router -
or are you plugging the computers into the router with ethernet cables?)

That would be a start.

Good luck,
Donk
