I don't think you mean "translate"? Do you mean you want your emails encoded into the English alphabet? Open your Yahoo mail, look at the toolbar and click on "Actions". Choose "Set Language Encoding", and choose English.
If you really do want a translator, there are many available online, but none that will auto-translate your Yahoo email (that I know of).
