Are you trying to install the Y! Multi Messenger program? If so, you just put the file ravebuttons.ocx in the same folder as the YMultimessenger.exe file, and then click the YMultimessenger.exe file to start the installation. If the files you downloaded are zipped - or compressed some other way - you'll have to extract them before you run the installation.
