Go to this page: PC2-6400 <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PC2-6400#Specification_standards> You will see the table. Look for the Module of the same name. It will show you what the -555 means. Check the specs on your motherboard, to see what it says about changing RAM modules, and the specific ones' that work with your motherboard.
