Toshiba Satellite A105 s1014 the spec sheet I do have says DDR2 4200 also says use same speed and capacity, as stated I have 4200 and 5300 and works fine. just need more than 1gb Can't give you all the #s from the memory some idiot hit the label with a marker here's what I can, 2 like strips adata 1gb 1rx8 pc2-6400s-555
