eventually you need to introduce yourself and hand over the letter of
introduction from your embassy . this is pretty trivial in this business and
anything alike in intelligence and defense area . the myth of selling and
purchasing these on the web is just plain lie . they can not even shit these
equipment to your country without your customs permission .
