Found it. I would suggest to slightly change the section about the
defaults for each clef, to improve readability and avoid confusion. I
would change the following html code

Defaults are treble: <tt>B</tt>, alto: <tt>C</tt>, tenor: <tt>A,</tt>, bass: 
<tt>D,</tt> ; .......

into:

Defaults are<BR>treble: <tt>B</tt> ; alto:<tt>C</tt> ; tenor:<tt>A,</tt> ; 
bass:<tt>D,</tt> ; .......

Or - even better -  put them in a <TABLE>..</TABLE> construction.
In the original it looks like "bass: D,," if you don't look carefully and
see that the 2 commas use a different font.
