Well, the chance to update the EAP applicability statement doesn't come
along every day. I think that while we're at it, we should work to cover
all ground that is currently going on in the IETF. NEA is doing new
chartered work that goes beyond the EAP applicability statement - and we
are changing that same statement simultaneously. IMHO, it would be a
shame not to incorporate that work into the applicability considerations.
