I agree with this. I'm actually kind of uncomfortable though casting
this all in terms of EAP over IP. I think that's the wrong focus for the
discussion. I'm not objecting to your text--it improves the document--I
just wonder whether we could take another pass and de-emphasize the over
IP issue.
