I can more easily offer a promise of review than I can volunteer to author and shepherd yet another spec at this point. And doing an binding at OASIS is only of interest to me if it's sufficiently generic. I'm not sure yet whether this work is going to be sensibly of use to carry arbitrary SAML protocols.
