The debug windows build has a "Bullets and Numbering" dialog. We don't
have a "Borders and Shading" dialog yet and in fact as far as I can tell
there is no code to support this feature in abi yet. If you've got ideas
on how you'd like them supported tell us or even better provide a patch
and define them yourself :-)
