My two cents:
1. I agree with Rob and Gregory, a context menu and a pop-up menu are the same thing. I don't think a drop-down menu should be considered the same as a context/pop-up menu. That is an operation of the widget, not a contextual menu. similarly, a menu from the menu bar is a function of the widget, not a secondary contextual menu. You get to the menu on a menu bar by selection with the primary selection mode (mouse or mnemonic key) you get to the contextual menu consistently though the context action (right mouse, or shift+F10, etc.) 2. I agree that multi-line and single-line are mutually exclusive (at least logically you can't be both... I can't think of a place in that context where you would have neither... unless it was a read only? But even read only or disabled would be single or multi....)
