Hi Anubha This sort of messages are caused by various reasons, like Some of the system files going bad, memory allocation problem etc. I can suggest the following: 1) Run scandisk using the thorough option 2) Perform Disk Defrag 3) Try using Wordpad instead of MS Word. 4) Try not to have abmormal shutdown 5) Don't keep many application open all at a time.
