Hello all Regarding the unfortunate accident by a blind person who succumbed to an accident after falling into a pit dug for built for constructing a flyover at Hyderabad.
I made some enquiries about it. What I gathered was the victim had strayed in to the middle of the road. He was hit by a lorry and got thrown out into the pit. His blood contained alcahol.
