If Punjab government has advertised as much posts as you mentioned its
simply heartening. Do you remember I shared one article from the
Tribune a forthnight ago on Access India alerting friends to look for
1 lakh jobs promised by the current government? they have assembly
elections in 2017 and they wanna doll out jobs to minimize
anti-incumbency. Could you please share the link containing details
about the jobs?
