Hi Tejaswi, If you want to get into private companies, its better to approach organisations like Enable India at Bangloore who would have some database of companies which are sensitive to disabled. They indeed place some people depending on the academics and skillset. Otherwise you can try for bank jobs which pay decent salaries. Of course, I'm not discouraging you from trying in private sector. you may call me to discuss further on this.
