Hi Avee, In case of Ola, we were fortunate to have someone who could empathise with us. I am not sure whom we could reach out to in PayTM. I had been following up with them for quite sometime and the last response that I received from them is as follows. I had told them about the issues that IOS and Android VI users were facing with their app.
