I am working as Assistant Professor in Aligarh Muslim University. Here visually impaired professors are not employed in the examination duty by the University. But it has become an excuse for them for not appointing a visually impaired professor as the question paper setter. As you all know, it will be having negative effect on my future progress. They simply assign the reason, "since you dont perform examination duty, you can not be appointed as the question paper setter, and there is a matter of sanctity of the examination as wel, since you will be taking the help of some other person for reading out the answersheets.". Members, what are the remedies with me?
